Introduction:
To get more benefits from any type of posture, person should take knowledge
about the rules of before doing posture, while doing postuer and after doing postuer
because the person, who does practice with rules, gets more benefits
Postuer rules:
>Practice of posture should be done at calm, clean and along place, and in
fresh air always. Doing practice of any posture in park, green ground with tree
and plant is useful.
>We can also do practice of any posture in his room, but room should be
airy, without offensive, neat and clean. Clean, airy and calm environment is
needful for the practice of posture in the house
>Practice of postures should be done on the floor after laying mat, bed sheet or
blanket instead of very hard and soft bed.
>Doing practice of any posture before sunrise is very beneficial because this
time is the best for postures because the air, which blows before sunrise, is
very clean and this time is walking of deities too. If someone could not do practice
of postures before sunrise, he should do practice of postures within an hour of
sunrise.
> Wash the hand and face after evacuation in the morning
thereafter do practice of postures on empty stomach
>Taking bath before practice of postures is useful, but you can also take
bath after an hour of posture because bathing just after posture is harmful
>Don’t do practice of any type of posture till 5 hours of taking meals
>The person should wear always loose, reliefness, neat and clean cloths for
practice of postures
>For the woman, the woman should not do any type of practice of posture for
3-4 days of menstrual excretion. Woman should not do practice of posture at
last three months of pregnancy and she should do practice after three months of
delivery after taking advice of yoga doctor.
>Breath should be always taken with the nose while practice of posture
>The person should remove other thought, tension, problems and mentallydepression from the mind, and keep the mind happy and calm while postures
practice.
>The person should do practice of posture always according to age and
physically capacity. Weak and under age person should not do practice of hard
postures
>Practice of postures should not be done hurriedly due to lack of time.
>The person should do activity of shavasan (inhale and exhale) after
practice of postures.
>The mind should be kept conscious and kept away from extra thought and
tension.
>The person should do activity of shavasan (inhale and exhale) after
practice of postures.
>Any thing should not be taken and drunk after half an hour of postures
practice.
>Take advice of any yoga doctor before practice of any posture and it is
possible then do practice of any postures in care of yoga doctor
