Introduction:
A person never falls ill in whole life if he
adopts 12 month’s rules relating to meal. Weather keeps on changing during
these 12 months. There are three kinds of weather cold season, hot season and
rainy season. If a man takes cold things during cold season, he becomes the
victim of several diseases of cold. If he takes hot things in summer, he
suffers from vomiting and loose motions. Hence, it is called that a man can
remain far from several kinds of diseases if he adopts precautions in 12
months.
Rules
of 12 months relating to meal:
Chaitra:
Jaggery should be used in this month because
several kinds of disease disappear by its use. 4-5 soft leaves of neem should
be chewed in the morning in this month too. Several kinds of diseases disappear
if some one does so.
Baishakh:
Oil should be taken in a little quantity in
this month because different kinds of diseases can take birth in the body. Use
of Bengal quince (bael fruit) proves very
beneficial in this month.
Jyestha:
It is a very hot month hence a man should sleep at
noon necessarily in this month. Stale food should not be taken in this month
because stale food can become the cause of several diseases.
Aashadh:
All the people should take part in exercise andgames because doing so proves very beneficial. Bengal
quince (bael fruit) should not be taken in this month.
Shravan:
Milk and green vegetable
should not be taken. Use of myrobalan chebule (harad) is very beneficial.
Bhadraprad:
The medicine named lead wort (chita ) should be taken in this month.
Ashwin:
Use of Jaggery is very
beneficial in this month but use of bitter gourd proves very harmful.
Kartik:
Drinking whey in this month is harmful but use of
radish is beneficial in this month.
Paush:
Drinking milk in this month is very useful but
corriander should not be taken in this month.
Magh:
Use of ghee is beneficial but sugar candy
should not be taken in this month.
Falgun:
Taking bath early in the
morning is very useful in this month. Use of gram is harmful.
Aghan:
Exercise proves very beneficial in this month. A
person should not take very cold and very hot things.
Information:
All the person should do exercise early in the
morning regularly in every month. A person should sleep for some time during
day. Curd should not be taken at night.
