रामनाम से प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा का संबन्ध (Relation of nature therapy and Lord Rama)

वैसे देखा जाए तो राम, अल्लाह, नानक तथा गॉड सब का अर्थ समान ही होता है। सर्वशक्तिमान और सर्वव्यापी ईश्वर तो एक ही होता है उसके नाम कई होते हैं लेकिन सभी व्यक्तियों को ईश्वर का जो नाम अच्छा लगता है वह उसी नाम से ईश्वर को याद करता हैं।

Generally, meaning of Lord Rama, Allah, Nanak and God is one. Almighty and omnipotent God is one but He is known by several names. People remember god by the name of which they like most.

            जब हम किसी व्यक्ति का उपचार प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा से कर रहे होते हैं तो हमें उसका उपचार केवल उसके शारीरिक क्रिया के द्वारा ही नहीं करना चाहिए बल्कि उसके मन और आत्मा का उपचार करना चाहिए। जब तक रोगी व्यक्ति का मन, आत्मा तथा शरीर निरोग नहीं होगा तब तक रोगी व्यक्ति का रोग भी ठीक नहीं होगा जिस व्यक्ति का मन, आत्मा तथा शरीर तीनों निरोग होगा वही व्यक्ति निरोगी हो सकेगा। प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा के उपचार में सबसे समर्थ उपचार रामनाम है। ईश्वर की स्तुति और सदाचार का हर तरह के रोगों को रोकने का अच्छे से अच्छा और सस्ते से सस्ता उपचार है।

When we are giving treatment to any patient through nature therapy, we should not cure only his body but we should cure his mind and soul too. The patient will not become healthy until the mind and soul of the patient are healthy. Name of lord Rama is very essential for natural treatment. Name of god and good behavior is an effective treatment to get rid of and check any disease.

            बहुत सारे आदमियों द्वारा सच्चे दिल से एक ताल और एक लय के साथ गाई जाने वाली रामधुन की ताकत फौजी ताकत के दिखावे से बिल्कुल अलग और कई गुना बढ़ी-चढ़ी होती है।

Power of the rhythm of Lord Rama’s canticle sung by a group of people is more powerful and quite different than military power.

            कोई भी मनुष्य यदि राम नाम का जाप सच्चे दिल से करता है तथा वह हर एक बुरे ख्याल को तुरन्त दूर कर देता है तो उसे बहुत ज्यादा शांति मिलती है जिसके फलस्वरूप उसके कई सारे रोग तो अपने आप ही ठीक हो जाते हैं। इसलिए देखा जाए तो जब मनुष्य के मन से बुरा ख्याल मिट जाए तो उसका कोई भी हर्ष बुरा नहीं होता है। यदि मन कमजोर है, तो बाहर की सब सहायता बेकार है। गीता में सच ही कहा गया है कि मनुष्य का मन ही उसे बनाता है और बिगाड़ता भी है। अर्थात मनुष्य का मन ही सब कुछ है, वही स्वर्ग को नरक और नरक को स्वर्ग बनाता है।

If a person remember god by true heart and expels out all kinds of bad ides from the mind, he gets lots of peace because of which different kinds of diseases disappear themselves. Hence, no bad result occurs when a person kills all the bad ideas of his heart. If the mind of any person is weak, external strength proves useless. Mind of a person makes a man and destroy him. It has been called in holy epic ‘GITA’. Here it means to say that mind of a person is everything and paradise and hell depend on mind too.  

            जब तक मनुष्य अपने अन्दर और बाहर की सच्चाई, ईमानदारी और पवित्रता के गुणों को नहीं बढ़ाता, तब तक उसके दिल से रामनाम नहीं निकल सकता है।

            A man cannot enchant the name of Lord Rama until he enhances inner and external truth, honesty and qualities of holiness.

            रामनाम या किसी भी रुप में हृदय से ईश्वर का नाम लेना एक बड़ी शक्ति का सहारा लेना है, वह शक्ति जो कर सकती है, सो दूसरी कोई शक्ति नहीं कर सकती, उससे सब दर्द दूर होते हैं।

Enchanting Lord Rama or remembering god by true hear in any way is a kind of help. The work which can be done by this power cannot be done by any other power. Every kind of pain disappears by the name of God.

            जब कभी कोई रोग तुम पर हावी होने लगे तो उस समय तुम घुटनों के बल झुककर भगवान से मदद की प्रार्थना सच्चे दिल से करो, तुम्हारे मन को बहुत शांति मिलेगी तथा इसके साथ-साथ प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा से उपचार भी करें, जिसके फलस्वरूप रोग जल्दी ही ठीक हो जाता है अत: कहा जा सकता है कि रामनाम एक औषधि के सामान कार्य करता है।

When any disease is becoming burden on us, we should remember god by bending on our knees by true heart for help, our heart will get lots of peace. Treatment should continue with this canticle. In this way, disease disappearssoon. Hence, it can be said that name of lord Rama works as a medicine.

            यदि कोई मनुष्य अपने अन्दर ईश्वर के अस्तित्व का अनुभव करता है तो उसके कई सारे रोग तो अपने आप ही दूर हो जाते हैं। इस प्रकार के व्यक्तियों के जीवन में आने वाली सारी परेशानियां अपने आप ही दूर हो जाती हैं। लेकिन व्यक्तियों को केवल ईश्वर के सच्चे दिल से प्रार्थना करने की इच्छा से ही सब कुछ नहीं होता है बल्कि उसे दिल से चाहने से ही सब कुछ हो सकता है। ईश्वर को सच्चे दिल से चाहने के लिए केवल अभ्यास करने की जरूरत होती है। इस प्रकार कहा जा सकता है कि सभी व्यक्तियों को प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा से उपचार कराने के साथ-साथ उसे चिकित्सा में विश्वास रखने तथा ईश्वर में विश्वास रखने तथा संयम बनाये रखने की जरूरत है तभी रोग जड़ से ठीक हो सकता है।   

If a person feelsthe presence of god inside the body, several kinds of diseases disappears themselves. Thus, several kinds of troubles disappear themselves from the life of a person. Nothing happens only from the desire of remembering god by true heart but everything can happen if he wants by his mind. Only practice is essential if a person wants to remember God by heart. In this way, it can be said that all the people should have faith in nature therapy and god along with self restrain during the treatment by nature therapy if they want to be healthy.
