काम करने वाली महिलाएं और दिमागी तनाव (WORKING WOMEN AND MENTAL TENSION)

Introduction:



Many women keep on working throughout the day. They serve their father and mother in laws, prepare breakfast for their husband, get ready their children for school, prepare meal and wash clothes and many more. Thus, their day starts with work and ends with work. They get no time to do other kinds of work for themselves. They get no rest throughout the day because of doing several deeds. They do not go for a walk. If such kinds of women have any kind of problem and none hears them, they become the victim of mental tension after sometime. Irritation in nature, rage on tiny things, insomnia are the results of these kinds of tensions.

Treatment:

Make a habit of taking rest for at least five minutes while doing any piece of work. A woman should loose her body free and sit in a chair by touching the waist with the chair. She can take deep breathby standing in fresh air and she can change the postures while stretching the body.

Sometimes, go on a picnic to get rid of body exhaustion while doing work regularly so that mental tension may disappear to some extant because of the change of wind, water or walking. Try to give sometime for it at the weekend.

Keep on doing your daily routine work by changing a little. Give sometime to your hobbies. Try to read every kind of literature. Establish good relationship to your neighbors. You will feel a new kind of zest by doing so.

If you are feeling suffocation because of anything, you should share your anxieties and problem with your friend and any other good person. You can overview on the opinion given by your friends. If problems are personal or related to home, such kinds of problems should not be shared from every person. The condition can worsen than the before.

If you are feeling exhaustion while doing work, you should lighten the pressure of work to some extant. Do as much work as you can do. Take nutritive and balanced diet. Do exercise by sparing some time for it from her busy schedule. You can walk in fresh air too. Massage the body with oil properly and then take bath.

Patience and good understanding are required in difficult and puzzling conditions. All the family members should understand the double burden of work and mental tensions of the women. Women want help in domestic deeds and sympathy in mental tensions. They should make a habit to bear if any old or elder person says anything or chide them. Try to bear rage for sometime and then drink cold water and walk for sometime.
