भ्रमरी प्राणायाम (BHRAMARI PRAYANAMA)


Introduction-
            The breath is taken while leave the voice like light bhan-bhanahat during practice of this prayanama and exhale with light gungunahat like beetle voice. This activity makes the mind peace and happy because of that adoration feeling originates in the human. Doing the practice of this prayanama regularly more increases meditation and stability in the human because of that human listens the ‘OMKAR’ sound while practice sometimes.

The practice of this prayanama can be done with two techniques-

First technique-
            Do the practice of this prayanama at neat, clean and airy place.  First, lay a mat on the floor and sit on the mat in padhda asana. For padhda asana, put the left leg on the right thigh and right leg on the left thigh after bending from the knees. Now keep the body straight and back, waist and chest tight. After that, bring both the hands beside the navel and make anjul thereafter put the right hand on the left hand and keep the palm face up. Keep the mouth and eyes close.  While excluding the voice like beetle from the throat, take breath and heave the stomach. After that, loser the head forward and touch the chin with the throat and stretch the shoulders lightly up and forward. Stay in this position according to your capacity and make the head straight and open the eyes thereafter exhale with the beetle sound. Thus, do the practice of this activity according to your capacity or do it 10-15 times

Precaution-
            The practice of breathing activity (inhaling and exhaling) makes the blood circulation fast in the practice of this prayanama. Therefore, the person, who suffers from high blood pressure and heart problems, should not do the practice of this prayanama.

Practice of this prayanama makes the mind peace and healthy because of that all the thoughts of the mind become soft. It makes the voice sweet. This activity affects the mind because of that the human listens the sound of ‘OM’ while meditation sometimes. The fresh air enters in the body due to this activity, which helps to end disorders of the blood. It ends mentally depression and fear of the mind because of that mind become control and happy.

Second technique-
            Choose the neat, clean and airy place for practice and sit in the padhda asana. Keep the body, back, chest and waist straight. Keep both the eyes close and close the both the ears by your both the hands. After that, take breath from both the nostrils and heave the stomach. Now stop your breath and lower the head, and touch the chin on the throat. Stay in this position for five seconds and bring the head in normal position and keep the difference between the teeth, and keep the mouth close and exhale from both the nostrils slowly with the long sound of beetle. Do the practice of this activity five tines and increase its timing till 10-15 times slowly

Benefits-
            This prayanama makes the mind peace and ends the inconstancy of the mind. This prayanama generates the good thoughts in the mind and stays the mind happy. Doing the practice of this prayanama makes the mind able to adoration. Its regular practice affects the mind thoughts because of that human listens ‘OM’ sound. Doing the practice of prayanama cures throat diseases and insanity and makes the blood pressure normal. It is also very useful for the singers.
