फलों के गुण (QUALITY OF THE FRUITS)


Introduction-

It has been proved by the experiments that the elements, which are necessary for the human life, are present in the fruits in excessive quantity naturally. They provide goodhealth to the body and exclude the disorders of polluted elements from the body. The juice of the fruits contains vitamin and necessary minerals, iron and lime in excessive quantity for the good health.

The fruits also contain pure water, sugar, vitamin, minerals, alkaline, some protein, smoothness, sfoka and some other elements by which taste and fragrance are found in more quantity in the fruits.

The fruits contain 85-95 present water, which is cleared properly. Owning to this reason the body cells get the water of the fruits quickly they use it to make the blood liquid easily. Therefore, if someone uses these fruits in proper quantity, he gets good health.

5-15 present sugar is found in the fruits. It is hard part of the fruits. The fruits, which have yellow peels, contain excessive quantity of the fruits. These fruits also have excessive fragrance. The fruits, which have red peels, contain some sweetness and these have also less fragrance but it is best. Mostly, the fruits of brown color have sweetness. The fruits of these colors have not such fragrance as fruits of other color contain fragrance.

Fruit sugar is besteatable substance for the heart, so it contains more capacity of making the heart more strong. It becomes abhishoshita by the body properly after entering in the body and does not leave any type of dirt by which intestines do not take any type of problem. There is more difference between the fruit sweet and sugar sweet (which is made in meel). The sweet, which is originated by the fruit, is naturally and it contains more qualities but the sugar, which is prepared in meel) is artificial, so it has not any type of quality.

Fruits also contain carbohydrate, which changes in sweetness by the sun beams. Therefore, if someone takes ripe fruits, his body does not need of digest the fruits because these types of fruits are digested by itself without mouth and juice of digesting the food. Therefore, complete ripe fruits are called cooked food and the person, who suffers from weakness of digestive system, should take these types of fruits or juice because it is best.

The fruits contain every types of vitamin in excessive quantity. Therefore, it is told that eating fruits is beneficial in the morning, noon and also night. It is always proved boon of the god.  

The thirst is quenched by taking fruit after eating food and mind feels freshness and joy. The teeth and mouth stay clean and a type of fragrance keeps on flowing from the mouth. The food is also digested properly by it and poisonous elements also come out from the body. These types of benefits are gotten only by the deferent types of vitamins, which are present in the fruits. The main base of the vitamin C is fresh fruit and vitamin B is gotten by the fruit’s seeds.

Digestive qualities of the fruits are increased by it. pratyamin and minerals both are about one present in the fruit. The fruits are tasty by presenting these natural minerals in the fruits.

Alkaline of the fruits is best qualities of the fruits. The diseases, which occur in the body due to acid poison, are cured by the fruit alkaline. This system is made stronger by it. Owning to this reason fruits are very useful in the case of asthma, chronic bronchitis, pleurisy, chronic catarrh, liver disorders and kidneys disorders.
