अतिरिक्त प्राणायाम (OTHER PRAYANAMA)


Technique-
            The practice of this prayanama should be done at clean and airy place. Sit in the padhda asana or sukha asana for practice and put both the hands on the knees. Keep your mind peace and stable. Now take the breath from the nostril thereafter close both the nostrils and stop your breath according to your capacity. Now exhale from both the nostrils slowly. After that, just don’t take breath. Breathe should be stopped according to your capacity. After that, take breath and repeat this activity again like before. Thus, do the practice of this activity regularly and increase the time of activity of exhaling, inhaling and stopping the breath slowly.   

Special note-
            The practice of activities of purak, rechak, internal kumbhak and external kumbak is very useful for the male and female. The practice of these should be done continue. Doing the practice of these four activities regularly stays the mind healthy and happy.
