Now close the left nostril and take breath with speed from the right nostril and exhale. After doing this activity 10-15 times, do the breathing activity (exhaling and inhaling) like before. After that, take deep breath and stop according to your capacity, and do the practice of jalandhara bandh. Stay in this position for sometimes. After that, exhale. This activity should be done 3-5 times. Concentrate on the OM after closing the eyes in this activity and do the practice of meditation after keeping good thoughts in the mind.
